M5111 Cabin Grader Stabiliser Unit

It truly shines when used with small stabilising teams, where it can be quickly driven between sites (with all attachments), and be put straight to use. Waste less time and reduce costs with a significantly reduced need for transportation.
Use the front-mounted cement vane to lay cement, before utilising the 1,000mm wide rear-mounted FAE stabiliser to mill this into your material. The FAE unit is capable of milling asphalt and aggregate up to 280mm deep, and can be hydraulically side-shifted to the left or kept in the centre.
Pack all of this onto the robust and low-maintenance Kubota M5111 and you've got a contractors dream machine.

FAE RSL Stabiliser
The name-sake of the Stabilising unit, it's where all the action happens.With a maximum working depth of 280mm, this attachment will make quick work of your road surface, ready for stabilisation.
Two integrated 214L water tanks (fitted under the rear wheel arches) help to cool the teeth, reduce dust and assist with activating the cement.
We offer a hydraulic side-shifting option to move the unit from the centre to the right-hand side for use along road edges.
Cement Vane
Once your surface has been freshly milled, the cement vane comes into play. Mounted onto the front-end loader (FEL), the Cement Vane can be quickly removed and reconnected.
It features a 1-ton capacity, adjustable application widths and rates (470, 570, 1040, 1140 or 1610 mm), and full in-cab operation.
Use the FEL to load bags of cement directly into the hopper (with an in-built bag cutter), reconnect and you're ready to spread. Monitor the remaining cement volume with the built-in sight glass, and keep it dry with the hydraulically operated sealed lid.
FEL-MOUNTED BROOM
Add a 1.8m or 2.4m Front-end Loader mounted Neilo broom, with quick connect hydraulics and hitch, to get the most out of your machine.
