Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL
Not only are they one of the most reliable Tractors around, they also have one of the largest servicing and support networks across Australasia. You can rest assured that wherever you use your Neilo Tractor, there will be a company close by to keep it running at its best.
Also by using only one brand of Tractor, we're able to use our collective buying power to get the best price possible for the Tractor, helping to keep the price for a completed Tractor as low as possible.
We hold a large stock of Neilo components that are used in our current Tractor models in both NZ and Australia, available for quick delivery. We are also happy to assist you with parts for older Neilo models and can often produce parts as needed.
While this varies week by week based on Tractor stocks and order levels, our typical lead times from point of order are 3-6 weeks. We also often hold stock of standard spec'd completed units, so be in touch with our friendly team if you need something in a hurry.
The length of warranty on your Neilo depends on the Tractor type and which parts have broken down. All existing Kubota components have a warranty as described below. Neilo Components have a 12 month warranty.
- M Series Tractors (M7040 Rops's, M7040 Cabin, M511 Rop's) - 36 Months or 3000 hours (whichever comes first)
- L Series Tractors (L5740 Broom) - 24 Months or 1500 hours (whichever comes first)
- B Series Tractors (B3150 Grader, B3150 Broom) - 24 Months or 1500 hours (whichever comes first)
The first 50 hour service must be completed by an approved Kubota dealer to retain the Kubota warranty.
All Neilo components have a 12 month warranty (excluding brushes).
We sure do, it's one of our specialties! Neilo products are often bought and used in groups for large projects and hire companies. We'd be more than happy to work with you on a bulk discount for the products and shipping. Contact the sales team on0800 634 564(NZ) or 1800
Typically yes, but some components (I.e. a front loader on a grader) can only be added at time of manufacture. Also, we might be too far through the manufacturing process to make changes. The best thing to do though is Contact our friendly team and they'll be sure to help you out!
GRADERS
Unfortunately, due to the extensize adaptations required on the Tractor, we can only sell the Grader pre-installed on our Kubota Tractors. The chassis on each Tractor has to be extended to fit the blade system and a large amount of wiring, controls and hydraulic systems need to be installed. Check out our Grader range here.
Unfortunately not. We only offer Grader blades on a select few Kubota models as not all Tractor designs make good Graders. Also, to keep pricing low, we mass produce parts to fit only the latest Kubota models.
Yes, but unless the optional Neilo interface is already installed you will need to install a Grade Control interface and adapt your hydraulic systems to suit. Therefore we recommend when purchasing a new Neilo Grader that you order it with the Grade Control Interface included, to save significant expenses converting it later. Our team have plenty of experience with grade control systems, so feel free tocontact us with your grade control questions.
BROOMS
Due to variations between trucks, we do not provide installation, cabin controls, hydraulic hosing, truck modifications, PTO pump and hydraulic tank/reservoir. Most companies prefer to use their own in-house engineers to mount and install, alternatively any engineering shop should be able to help you out.
While this varies widely between road surfaces and how much pressure is applied, a set could last anywhere between 10 hours and 100 hours.
Replacing brushes is simple and quick. Watch our explainer video here to learn best practice.
